We started off the morning in search for trout with not much luck. 20-25mph winds makes it just a little hard to put fish in the boat. After our 4th-5th stop we had a double hook up (2 keeper trout). Decided to switch to plan B....red-fish. Found a somewhat protected bank and started pulling in some reds and one lonely flounder. When the bite shut down we made a few more moves catching 1-3 reds per stop. Our last stop is where we found silver and gold!! Reds and trout were flying over the gunnel hitting the deck and ice. LSU Chub's do it again as it was todays #1 producer. We ended up boating 25-30 reds, 10 trout, and 1 flounder. Heard WLF's agent at dock saying not a single boat came in with a fish by 11:00. Guess we had a pretty good day!!!! Thanks to my crew for being so patient, as persistence always pays off!!! Great day guys, look forward to the next trip. Capt.
