I need to vent!

I just got off the phone w/ Boat Stuff in Slidell. They have got to be the world's worst w/ customer service. If I was a little younger, and had more time on my hands, I would probably drive the 3 hours there just to talk to this dip$hat in person. What a douche bag! I mean my fricking dogs are easier to communicate with!

They are apparently the only people in Louisiana that Contender Boats wants to sell parts to. I mean really, a frickin' plexiglass windshield for $795.00 - I don't think so!

Sorry I just had to get that off my chest, and thank goodness they are not in Lafayette.

If you get your old one to Olmsted Shipyard, they might can get you one built.
I had one busted on an old Proline. Couldn't get it from Proline anymore.
They knew a place that we could send the old one, all busted up and in pieces,
and they built me a new one.

I got a guy that builds them in New Iberia, but he told me that it may have been cheaper to get it from the factory......yeah-right!

Try a glass house around Laf, they work with plexi all the time. Make sure you get an estimate before you let them at it though, sometimes folks will take advantage if it looks like they can.
