Looking at getting one. Anyone own or have experience with one?

Ive heard some good things about em. I also talked to my local trolling motor repair guy. He said, he hasnt had any come in for repairs yet,so thats a good thing.

Minn kota has been doing the wireless trolling motors for several years. Most of the "bugs" are worked out,if you want a wireless....I say go for it.

it would be great for wade fishermen. Specially if they had a power pole too. At the end of the wade,they could remotely lift their power pole,and then use their remote on the ipilot to drive their boat right to em. That would just be sick!!!! lol

A guy i work with over in texas has a Haynie set up like that, he said its the cats meow

With a setup like that....... you could "guide" your boat to make circles ~200 yard away and "HERD" the fish your way.
