Healthy dinner tonight

Had about 1.5lbs of bass fillets from yesterday. Got off work and was hungry to say the least. Threw together some stuff.

Cooked the fillets insome extra virgin olive oil. after they were cooked white, flaked them up. Then I added
2 packages frozen california vegetables
some tonys
a little bit of lemon pepper
Worchestshire sauce
Soy sauce
little onion and garlic powder
No exact measurements, just added what I thought would taste good. And it does.

It would work..very well. Have done it with specks. Was feeling lucky once and 2 filets of each: Reds, specks, flounder. It worked. Just gotta be creative with cooking. If it sounds like it would be good together, more than likely is.
