I have caught a number of trout 6-7lbs at night. But not at the lights in big lake. Been quite a few years since I have tried. Might try it this year.

The rigs with light are great at nite. Did it once..... Awsome. U see the bait start showing up.... Then the trout just explode!!!

Dang near the only way we fished during the summer when I was working in Venice....get back to the camper after work, cook lay back till bout 30 mins before dark then head out to the short rigs out of Red pass & be back showered & in the bed for 10:30! With some studs in the icechest!
