Man that looks good.

simplepeddler 06-23-2011 06:14 PM

Really simple.......we just cleaned the crabs, seasoned them with LeBlanc's and basted them with butter, garlic and white wine westicher (sp) and that was it.

when they looked boiled, we took them off.

Had them a few times I like them boiled better but it is less mess and quicker to grill them

I like them like that, but I had a friend that always talked about bar b que crabs. I went over there for supper and he had a fryer going. He called them bar b que crabs but he deep fried them with a seasoning that they use at Sartons Restaurant in TX. They were excellent but allot of trouble to cook.

Platter service is all the bbq crabs, fried skrimps and fried fish you can eat and its the bomb but when you done with that heart attack on a platter stay near a bathrroom cause you gona make a bomb:eek::redface::shaking:. I have not tried it but they opened Sabin Crab Shack down town Lake Charles and they have platter service :D
