Grilling Briskets, what rub/marinade?
I'm about to head out to Poche Bridge or hebert's to pick up a couple briskets for a party tomorrow, what's yalls favorite marinade or rub? It will be preseasoned I'm sure but what else would y'all do with it overnight?

i use rib rub and brisket rub from kroger.cant think of who makes it but its in a white bottle

On beef i just rub it good w/ some worcestershire then just salt ,black pepper onion powder, garlic powder and celery seed. do this and wrap in plastic wrap and in the fridge over nite. pull the briskets out of the fridge a couple hours before time to cook . season again right before cooking.
