Vbay Sat
 

Went out to V Bay Sat am. Didn't expect much, just needed to run my boat. Left ICY, bay was choppy, went to Tee Butte, Water was rough and dirty. Went to point then through Shark Bayou. The water was beautiful in Shark Bayou out past Mud Pt to the Trash pile. Then went to the Avery Canal. Water is still pretty fresh and the two words of the day out of everyone's mouth was "Small Croakers"

There is lots of redfish being caught in marsh island. Have to beat the heat though. Also heard tee butte was holding some trout? Guess its just hit or miss right now.

I forgot, was supposed to message you. I went out in my cape horn. She took that rough water great. I had cleaned the carbs and did some maintenance to her. She ran like a dream. We ran 48 miles, bouncing from here to there till she finally kicked the bucket at the avery canal :( Diagnosed it to be the stator...

Ouch!! Long tow back to ICY? Sucks it broke, but get it all out the way now so you can trust it later
