Man, he is the best child, but ever since he could walk he just wants to go crazy up in there. Here lately when we go by the fishing section, he will grab one of those 12' surf fishing poles and wanna walk around with it:help:

Mine runs from rack to rack hiding in the middle.....of course knocking 10 items off each rack in the process!!!

my lil boy will load the cart with soft plastics...then when we get to the counter I just tell his mom..I didnt put that in there, Jace did it..:D..for some reason she is still pizzed:pissed:..hahaha

they have a great marketing strategy of putting the beach balls near the checkout counter too:work:

yeah, mine too. he is 26

mine use too now i carry a big plastic spoon all i have to do is show it to him.......kinda like my dog and his shock collar all you got to do is put it on and he is a totally different dog.......lol

Yep, my son goes nuts in Academy.

Trying out fishing rods. Punching the punching bags. Playing putt putt golf. etc

Gun section is sensory overload for the little feller' (Sometimes for daddy too)

A couple weekends ago, he and I went in there and he put on some sunglasses and was running around and saw this girl and said 'Momma' (girl was quite the looker) and was running towards her:*****: I refrained from saying what I wanted to say and snatched him up. He always likes to put on hats too, but when we go over to the LSU section he does not like those hats. :) I guess it is because half the men in that store have one on even though they probably all went to USL!

yeah my son acts crazy in any fishing store (2 yr old).... he grabs baits off the walls saying "fish" or "daddy's fish".... i have to give him baits at home or he will bug me for them. anytime he sees a boat he says "daddy's boat" lol

:*****: same here, 2 yrs old and those dang boats!

bought him a spiderman pole and he casts it into the swimming pool lol (with help). gotta watch him or he will take off your head with that pole.

My 20 month old son won't sit in the cart while we're in there. He'll start standing in the cart pointin to the bait racks and saying Fish, Fish, Fish..... and all kinds of other things and yell at the top of his little lungs. Can't get too close to the clothing racks or he's taking everything off of em. My daughter thinks the putting green is a driving range. My wife stays ticked at em the whole time and at me cause I have an Academy affliction too!!
