Pearl 7-23-11
 

well I headed to the pearl river this a.m. was going to try to fish for some specks, reds or bass I thought I was going to make it before daylight. Plans didn't go as planned. while in covington there was a wreck that delayed me about 30 minutes while on I-12 which wasn't good because I was trying to beat the rain and daylight. ended up fishing for 3 hours didn't catch anything. about 9:30 it started pouring down, so I put the boat back on the trailer and head in for breakfast and a nap. went back in the water at 12:30-4:00 tide looked like it fell out and wasn't moving anymore still didn't catch anything, I saw a few stingrays crusing the banks made my way in and called it a day! I guess I'll be taking some fish out the freezer this time! here is some good news, I got my boat out the shop and it runs good!

It's better than working, and glad to hear the boat is running good
