5=B = neutral
6=D= ground
4=A=line
3=c=line
w/ meter in place
6 will feed 5 neutral
4 will feed 2 line
3 will feed 1 line
I DO NOT SEE A GROUND BUS IN THE METER PAN.
IT MUST HAVE ONE!!!!

6 is for the neutral from power company, small lug to the right of 6 is for the ground, 5 is for the neutral to the house, shouldnt need a ground bus as long as you land(bond) the ground on the small mechanical lug to the right of 6

and 1 and 2 would be for power company as well with 3 and 4 feeding your house....this is how I would do it.

I totally mised the ground lug bomded to the neutral bar .
I'll blame it on the glare spot and not my eyesight

2/0 wire also, rated for 195 amps but the inspectors let that slide for residential, commercial they make us use 3/0
