Sabine Lake 7-26
 

Made the run to Sabine lake this morn hoping to beat the weather .Luckily no rain but wind was about 10-12 sw . Trolling motor was no match for the wind when the birds showed, but I made the most of it and finished up with only 15 trout, 4 flounder and 1 red . Gulp swimming mullet ,and Attrax shrimp tails was the ticket today. I got to start remembering to take pics before I give the fish away ..old age I guess.

Be careful over there on Sabine. Those Texans don't take kindly to "Pilgrims" fishing their lake!!! (couldn't help myself!)

LOL! man i was at burn out on saturday.. i swear there mustve been 50 trucks lining the sides of the road! :eek: some kinda tourney i guess. i had boats runnin all over my feesh! :rolleyes:

White was the color on tuesday. Attrax Shrimp tails under a cork . White Gulp swimming mullet on 1/4 once jighead. I may be out there in the morn depends on this weather.

Just 3 rods you done shamed me into cutting back on them too. I woulda asked but you said you was grounded till the heart monitor came off..sry buddy.
