how is it that they get financial aid/assistance,(for not working at all) but the next person, who's family works 80+ hrs a week, gets no financial aid/pell grant/not even the option for student loans?

pell grant is understandable, but getting denied for loans because your family made just over the limit is absurd.dont' punish those that work hard, punish those that DONT WORK

hey, there's millions of em in this country too! the government pays there rent, food, and education and then there are even millions more who don't get these benefits at all but get stuck with the ten of thousands of $$$ each for tuition cost because colleges want to charge more so they can get more government $$$. THEN everyone learns there way around to making government $$$ to benefit themselves, what happens to the government? IT GOES BROKE! then congress is fighting to try to find out who the money goes too and who it doesn't, that tax payers money should go to roads being maintained, fire departments, police, and things that keep this country from being third world, but the non tax payers need to get off there lazy buts and start being productive.

When i went back to school 12 years ago i had a class full like that. Almost 4k a month PELL grant to pay for school ,rent, food, crack, rims, etc etc etc...
ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS SHOW UP TO CLASS EVERY DAY AND SLEEP.
