Getting ready for the quack attack!!!

Few of the buddies going set up the duck blind this weekend!!! Starting to make me a little antsy on the trigger finger.......

One of my favorite parts is fixing up and brushing the blind with some cold ones afterwards.....I just love being in the marsh no matter what its for!!!!

I went to my lease weekend before last. Bring plenty of OFF! The mosquitos/deer flies/horse flies almost carried us out of there. My buddy is allergic to the horse and deer flies or something. When they bite him he gets these huge whelps. Saw a bunch of squealers and a few mottle ducks. Holding just enough water in one of our holes right now to teal hunt. Can't wait.

Will be in Gueydan Aug 20th doing the overhaul! Dressing the blind and laying a couple pipes.

I keep mine in shape we work almost everyday. I can't wait to hear those wings coming in the decoys.

too hot for that, this handler can't handle that, no shade where I train and its rough on the dog, and I leave too early in the morning to do it then:pissed:

Them little blue winged critters will start showing up pretty soon to get their fill of second crop rice, and seeds in the marsh. Can't wait! Come on sep 10th!
