Good solid catches in Big Lake

On a scale of 1 to 10 catching the past few days have been about a 7 1/2. I'm not sure why I put a half. It kinda sounds good. Catches of limits of trout and redfish have come on live bait both shrimp and mullet with some Hackberry Hustlers on 1/4 oz. heads mixed in. This time of the year we get a lot of youngsters coming over before school start. I love it when parents take time to bring thier kidos out on the lake. What great quality time.
