Floundered Out
Made a trip this morning for some flatties only caught 2 worst trip in a long time:( We did catch a bunch of trash fish AKA Reds released all of them to fight again another day.Its allways good to have a slow trip now and then to put you in your place and make you enjoy the good ones even more :D

man yall been having the wrong people cook for yall calling reds trash fish.........its hard to beat reds on the halfshell

Flounder eat better than reds,but I would never call them a trash fish. Cut the red meat off and fry dat just like any other fish! Halfshell is good as long as they are on the smaller side.

my blood gets flowin when i hook a red.... is it tagged??? wait NO maybe yes NO darn it. If i am in the boat i dont target them but thats all i fish for in the yak.

i agree with you and i also would never call or herd anyone call a redfish a trash fish. |

Yuk. I used to throw all them trash fish back. But now I keep em and bag em up for giveaways. Got tired of handing out flounder slabs. |
