I was curious if anyone used this for their fishin reels or guns. A sales rep gave some to my buddy as samples. Says its good for reels, air tools, guns, locks, and other stuff like that. Anyone got experience with it?

Royal purple is good on or in anything! Expensive stuff.

yep its maybe a little thicker than some but its good stuff...hell I've used on my lawnmower as well.

I have the stuff in the purple spray can.

I have used the same product a very long time on guns/reels. Very good stuff, film residue is light and thin, holds up well in cold conditions.

Now, with that said, I have never had to buy it and everything Royal Purple makes is expensive. I only wish they would give me the bottles with a little pump srayer top!

I got some of that from the Redfish tournament for Contraband Days.
One of the teams was throwing them samples.
Good stuff for my pistol.
