Reefs or channel

I don't fish big lake enough or that often. This time of year, r u better off fishing the reefs, or the ship channel?

Channel...lake is dead.....too hot

Reefs close to the channel first thing in the morning, then move to the channel a little later....that's what I would do. If I had to pick just one for this time of year it would be the channel.

Is there anything particular in the channel you guys look for when deciding where to fish? Rocks etc.

Drop offs in 8-12 foot of water with moving tide works for me
