Need advice please

I bought a 1992' cajun 21' fishmaster bay boat and it has carpet throughout. I want to get the carpet removed and put the spiderweb flooring that the new boats have in them. Any help as to where to go or any other options would be appreciated. Im in Lafayette

AAA fiberglass in Lake Charles

AAA Fiberglass did that for one of my boats when he first went into business in the early 90's. He did a good job.

You can got the kit online. Comes with the stuff you pour on the floor and the mat you lay down to make the pattern. Doesn't seem hard. Don't remember the site I saw it on tho.....do a search on thehulltruth.com

I had got an estimate from AAA about two years ago to do my Kenner . If I pulled the carpet he said it would be 1500 - 1800 . He told me most of the work is removing the glue from the carpet.

So, pulling the carpet and cleaning off the glue will save you some bucks...
I bet it is still a nasty job to get all that carpet out.

Yep if you pull the carpet and what ever else you feel comfortable removing ,such as the leaning post or rub rails. Kenneth told me the floors under the carpet need to have some finish work done to them also so that it comes out smooth . its also a good time to find bad spots and have them repaired . He also said the glue is hell to get off it has to be sanded off.
