I have actually stopped a low hanging pant teenager before and asked him did he know what those low hanging pant actually means. Needless to say my wife nearly fail out because I did this. The teenager said," I wear them like this because that is the style". I proceeded to tell him that wearing your pant low like that means you are open to receiving it from the rear and that this was a prison thing. The teenager was shocked to say the least and grabbed his pant and pulled them up. Also, said he would not be wearing them low again.
Told my wife I am just doing my part as a responsible adult.
