Well looks like the storm didn't crack up to what the media WANTED it to be. I hope those who were affected by the storm a speedy recovery.
Dang media:pissed: Al Roker was standing on a beach saying how bad it was there, and trying to make it look like armageddon and a chick pulls up in a bikini and a surfboard! They are looking for anything to show a bunch of destruction, I did see where one guys beachfront property had a little trash in it and it looked like 2 jet skis had moved from the back yard to the front yard. |
They were reporting "white caps" in New York Harbor.
Mainstream media loves destruction...sorry sob's
Yea, all a lot of hype for a cat 1.
It's almost comical watching The Weather Channel's live coverage. Reporters standing on the beach while a hurricane makes landfall....? They're reporting winds in Boston near 30 kts. :rotfl: God forbid that a storm the size and power of Katrina hits up there.
They evacuated lower Manhattan...lmao...we had a storm here in the gulf yesterday that winds hit 76mph ..... New York City...
Cityslickers scared of some rain and wind. I had to evac twice at mcneese in 08. Mandatory cause the shut school down
Stayed up all night...it's a joke over here...everything is still shut down
Go to youtube and type in irene streaer and watch the streaker behind the weatherman:work::grinpimp:. I laughed so hard:rotfl:
