Very Short Story

(This is any man's worst fear.)

Husband and wife had a tiff.
Wife called up her mom and said, "He fought with me again, I am coming to live with you."
Mom said, "No darling, he must pay for his mistake. I am coming to live with you.”

Man, mine stayed with us for 3 weeks when our first kid was born. TOOOOO MUCH!!!! She offered the same when our little girl was born and even my wife was quick to say no thanks!

Given your situation, I understand the logic but, as if you don't already have enough to deal with, illness and all...There's a woman, if she's anything like my MIL, telling you how much you are doing wrong!:shaking:

I understand. had to sacrifice ALOT in my life. the comfort of my own home and privacy is one.

never met my MIL she passed acouple years before i met the wife.
Now My FIL was another story. Old country dude that had no real school education.
could build a house from pencil drawings. We were up at his place visiting one sunday and the wife said something smart arsed to me . He told us to sit down and he looked me in the eye and told me. Son you have my permission to knock the smart out of here if she don't act right.
I would never hit a woman but everytime she says something smart arsed i remind her of what her daddy said. I tried to get him to move in w/ us when he got sick but he refused to leave his home. he died right where he wanted to be.
