Holly Beach Surf Report 9/21/2011
 

Fished with Tighline11 this morning. We hit Raymond's spot...
Thought the water would look good today after the North wind yesterday.
Water was calm, but dirty with some swells rolling in from the S.E., even though the winds were North.
Caught 7 nice Specks and 1 nice Red on Opening Night soft plastics in about 2 hours.
Moved to the Channel and caught 3 Dink Specks and 2 nice Reds in 1 hour.
Total of 3 Reds and 10 Specks today. All on artificial. Once they stopped on Opening Night, I swapped
to Glow w/chartruese tail and no luck. First Trout came off of topwater. Rest on soft plastics.
LOVE BUGS ARE THICK THICK THICK!!!
