Muley Hunt

Well just got back to camp from getting my muley out. Was trying to hold out for a bigger one but just wasn't seeing any real bigguns. Decided to take this guy. Not worth a mount but will make a good European mount. My dad shot a nice one this evening too but we decided to let him sit over night and going to go look for him at daylight.

Cold. I don't have phone service. Just wireless Internet. That's why u havent heard from me. I'm laying in bed now. My hunt is over and it's only Wednesday.

Man they got a reservoir about a mile from camp that has about 200-300 mallards and about 100 canadiens holding in it. They won't let me hunt it cause they said I will mess up everyones deer hunt. And it's right next to a big alfalfa field that about 200 muleys come into every afternoon. Crazy! Never seen that many deer in one spot in my life. |

Taste about the same. My dad ended up missing the one he shot at last night so he told me I could use his tag. Get to try and lay down another one! Only shooting a 20+ incher. Got till Friday night. |
