Verm Bay
Was a Slow day today. Put a mixed bag in the cooler. Did some sight casting on some afternoon reds swimming in 6" water wit da ol skitterwalk. That has to be one of most exciting ways to catchem. Oh, and a doormat to bring home. A few specks early on da butte. And a big thanks to the guy who pulled my brand new shearwater off of diamond reef!!!! Got a few scratches for sure. Good day overall, can't wait to get back to it!

I was where I never should have been for not knowing that neck of the woods! I'm a lil determined to figure it out. Rope popped 3 times and I cringed as he had to drag me out and that ol faithful sound of gravel on fiberglass! First time and hopefully the last!!!

Where is diamond reef? I know I went into some cove before I hit the gulf, and barely made it out of there, took us hours to find our way out. Yeah, that scratching and scraping are terrible sounds!
