Vintage Bomber replica
Well, I called the guys at Bomber today to ask if they'd be interested in bringing back the "Texas Chicken" pattern. The answer I got was, "Probably not." They said that sales were never very steady on that color and it costs too much to give it another try. Guess I'll just paint my own and send 'em a pic of that double-digit Big Lake trout this winter. :smokin:

and i'll cut your stringer  not going to break your hip..then you wouldn't be able to try and attempt to wade for "a double digit trout" |

Speck, I just gotta take the time to do it. The baits have to be stripped to the plastic and repainted. If you paint over that factory clear coat...you're askin' for trouble. I'm gonna drill 'em while I'm at it and add some weight so they'll slow down. Sanding the bill also to keep 'em shallower. I'll have some ready for October Fest. :smokin: |

"Stringer"? :shaking: I've already been on the "meat haul". :smokin: |
