What were they doing - trying to load the boat?

Wardens have been getting a lot of calls about people bringing in their 25 lbs., then
going back out. THey do undercover and catch those people now and then. They sit
in an alum. boat and fish, take pictures and write down boat numbers. They look just
like Gerald, so don't be sitting there looking for the Whalers and the uniforms.
They need to go out there on weekends too, not just week days.

Last time I went back there, last year, they were under cover.
I recognized one of them, but didn't talk to him.

What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The wardens I have seen are much younger.

A few weeks ago..... I was out there with a friend just after daylight. We watched about a dozen boats pull up and start throwing.

We sat there until offical sun rise before throwing the cast net.
