lowrance help
 

i have 2 lowrance hds5 that i want to link together to read from just one transducer, what other component do i need to do this ? some say that i just need a Ethernet Cable and others say i need the Lowrance NEP-2 Ethernet Expansion Port. any advice is appreciated !

I think you need both. I have my 7 & 5 linked through the NEMA. When I put a waypoint on one when both of them are on, it goes on the other one also.

I can't use the same transducer yet, but I don't have the ethernet cable yet.
