Kerns pit
Does anyone know if the veggitation has cleared out in kerns by the landing?

Fished it yesterday for about an hour and 1/2. Caught 2 bass on 2 bites. The pit was clear but the canal to the boulevard was blocked. Did not try the path to I-10 but probably was the same.
Some body knocked down the Tiger in front of Landrys, probably an angry Bama fan?

The day I was there the launch and pit was clear, but with this wind I don't know if that changed. |

They finally contracted some air boats to spray the boulevard and lake about 2 weeks ago. They have some remenents floating with the wind up and down the boulevard. The pit is clear and I have seen boats comming through the I-10 cut. Water sure is clear on this end.
