Monday & Tuesday Duck Hunt
 

After a 9 day bow hunting trip to Missourri, I was way behind in my blind preperation. Came back and started working nights on opening weekend. My brother limited both Sat and Sunday in Big Pasture. Decided to go with him on Monday to his blind and we shot 7. 6 greys and 1 motteled. No wind but saw a lot of ducks flying high. No pics for Monday.

This morning went with a friend from work to his ricefield North of Iowa and shot 26. All teal with a couple of Hollywood mallards. Could have had our 5 man limit but I was a little late due to getting off of working nights. Birds were plentiful and the fog was thick! Pic is of 20 of the birds with some of the local bandits. Thanks Yellalillyslicker for a fine hunt this morning and for providing good entertainment during the break in flights with his neighbors crazy stories.

We did good opening weekend, slowed down since. :(
