Turners Bay Area
I cannot find an access point but wanted to make sure. Is there any place to put in a kayak or small trolling motor boat that would give a guy access to Turners bay on a north wind?

Fred's Bar may be the best. You would be protected while in the canal to get to the old river.
There is a shallow bayou that comes out into Turners bay over on the Northeast side. I am not sure where this bayou goes to. Does anyone know if it connect back to Fred's or just goes back into the marsh.

Gerald. I see a Lake Breeze Road off of Big Lake Road. Has a canal going through some house or camps. This would be perfect if i could land there. Is this the place where Fred's Bar is?

Freds is right after Intercoastal crossing heading South. It is before you get to Lake Breeze

Lake breeze is south of freds. Freds is past the bridge. Head south on big lake road. Its on the right, cant miss it.

Fred's is just south of the 384 sign. The water crossing above it is the pontoon bridge past LNG.

Just a heads up on taking a kayak from Freds to turners.....better be in shape if paddling and the wind is strong.

I got on the sattelite and it does not look like this location will work at all. Oh well, I will keep looking for options.

If you could find a place to put in from deatonville, I've done the paddle and its not too bad with light winds. I've done it from around Freds and paddling from deatonville is much shorter.
