Hard to find anyone to sell a bottle & if you do it's even harder to find some to fill a personal bottle. Hope it works out for you.

Airgas! Just remembered the name.

Make sure you keep a copy of the receipt with you when you try to get the bottle filled, also. The only bottles they will fill are bottles owned by them or personally owned bottles with a receipt.

Lmao these are my competitors!!

Yes, for them to fill the cylinders you will have to have proof of ownership. Our cylinders "walk" out of the plants around here all the time lol!!

I have an argon, oxy, and acetylene bottle you can have if you can find someone to fill em. They are old lincon big 3 bottles and I haven't used em in years. They all still have some gas in em. Bit they're yours if wanted. Like I said big 3 is no more I think air liquide bought them out.

Probably out of test and can't be refilled until they are retested

BTW, if you are welding regular carbon metals, you would likely be happier with a 75/25 mix. That's 75% argon, 25% CO 2. Now, if ya plan on welding with stainless wire or aluminum, 100% argon is the route to take.
