I know we got some cwi's here I'm taking my seminar in pascagoula this week anyone got any good pointers to help me pass this thing. I'm taking 1104 we finished the hands on today and I feel pretty good about it. I was told to measure everything in 64ths only suggestion I've gotten so far

I have mine, but i took the test 16 years ago so I don't think I would be much help on the test layout now. To me the 150 general knowledge questions were the toughest. I took it to 1104 and found that part to be pretty easy also. Just take your time and read the questions and answers carefully. Good Luck.

i took mine 14 years ago . Be careful with the questions and acceptance criteria in the hands on code book. At the time some of the " acceptable " stuff was silly. But they want to know if you will read a code or wing it from knowledge. Also the test was big on terminolgy ex GTAW verses TIG , SMAW verses Stick rod. Take your time .

One thing I've noticed from the practice questions is it more them trying to trick you than test of knowledge

You are correct I have no idea why they think this is productive. The API certs are similar. WATCH THE NOTES !!!!!!

2nd boy --- My dad is a pipefitter if he was here he could lay a pipe aginst the frig and we could get our cookies.
3rd boy-- My dad is a welder if he was here he would whine till someone gave us the cookies.
