Fiesta Tamale -- Moss Bluff

Word on the street is that the Fiesta Tamale restaurant in Moss Bluff will be re-opening with new owners next month. The recipes will remain the same so the food will be great. Just a heads up. The previous owners retired so they can travel.

Glad to hear of new ownership. The food was good but over priced and the service was slow or they would have really made a killing.
What happened to Faustos & Dairy Queen in Moss Bluff is a good example of what happens to places with slow service.
Hopefully, the service will improve.
