Hopedale tournament on TV
 

Watched a fishing tournament on TV after I knocked off this morning.
It was out of Hopedale. Pro tournament. They were fishing for total weight.
Most of the players were guides.
Charlie Thomason and partner were at 300 lbs. by 9:30 am.
Catch and release.
First time I ever saw a tournament where they were targeting Drum.
They could catch Reds, Drum and Trout.
Most were going for the Reds and Drum cause they were huge.

I bet that was fun to watch.

They find a school of them.
One Big Nasty after another.
Net them, weigh them, release them.

Do you remember what the name of the show was, or what network it was on? I'd like to see it.

Saltwater series, and IFA is reruns from 2010 season

It was on again this morning.
Called is called Saltwater Series like Pole Benda said.
On Outdoor Channel today.

I got to watch it this morning. That was just crazy! Something like 1000~1100lbs of Big Nasties.

Them guys had a blast.
