Attn shrimpers what to put on the floor of the boat
 

I have a buddy thats wanting to pull the carpet out of his bay boat and apply the speckled finish. Figured what they use on the shrimp boats would work. What is it and where do you get it and how do you prepare/apply it?

Most shrimp boats I have been on had paint.
PM Fiberglassman21 on here. He does all that kinda stuff.

Mask off anything you don't want speckled....
Different types of paint have different types of surface.
You don't want anything slickery.
YOu can also roll on a layer of gel coat. Just buy the color you want and roll it on with a rough roller.
