Lanier Fastcat

Does anyone have any experience with these boats? Good, bad or ugly.

Expensive! But custom built cat boat! Very nice ride, lots of storage totally decked over except for the cockpit extra wide gunnels very sleek and fast. Very diffrient than any other low profile boat I've ever fished!
I could give you the number to a friend who owns one, but he's like the allmighty "W" narrow minded mine is the best ever kinda man! Lol
Nice boats if that's what your preferacne is!

Thanks for the reply. When I was launching Thursday a guy was picking his up. It was the 2nd time he had put it in the water. Was a 22', one of the finest boats I have ever seen. I know they're fast, but not sure how the handle chop etc..

Their most popular model is the 20, they handle a chop remarkably well, like two knives cutting through hot butter, they draft and drift good also, and are extremely stable with a wide beam and no V to pivot on!

The most wicked thing about the way it handles, is that it does not bank! It glides in a turn! Hard to describe until you experience it!

I saw one in baton rouge that was wrapped I think it was blue ....

When you say glide, do you mean slide. Could you run a narrow river with curves in it at 60mph?
