Our weekend in Grand Chenier
 

Here is a vid from our 2 days in Grand Chenier filming. It also has some snippets from our "Cajun Camps" segment which will be a knock off of MTV cribs. We shoot in HD but I render in a lesser format for the web due to upload speeds.

Teal season is in 7 months...

Fishing too good to pass up in sept...rather not mess with the heat and skeeters....not to mention our marsh sucks during teal season...

Im looking forward to it... Im ready to kill some fish right now though

we would like this very much. My weakness is fishing, just not very good at it. The way we film the show is basically to go out with "ordinary" guys that are good at fishing/hunting and showcase them... a saltycajun fishing column would work well in the magazine also. We now print it 6x a year instead of each month. The show will air on Cox 4 and on the Sportsman channel. 13 weeks 3x each week starting in May/June.

Only bad thing about Grand Chenier is mosqueeters and 18 wheelers.

Nice footage but I personally could have done without the music. I like hearing the sounds of calling, birds calling, shooting, etc.
