Need wire rope help!
Does anybody know who around Lake Charles sells "crimps" for wire rope? I am not wanting the u-bolt type ones, but the ones you crimp (for a cleaner look). The big hardware stores have them but they are individually wrapped and high dollar. I need some in bulk. I beleive ferrules is another name for them. Making loops like in the pic is what I am trying to do. Any suggestions?

If you don't have a press, which you need, get someone else to do it.
|
If you do can get by with a Flemished eye you can use a swaging sleeve, no crimping involved. It's very simple to do. Sleeves are cheap. Put the Google to it.
