Managed to scratch out 6 Tx slot reds out of Sabine today. Blowin hard when we launched and never let up. Spinner bait fish from a few marsh ponds on the LA side. Ponds were white cappin' too. A bit sporty running home in a few places.

That sounds like a good thing to be doing. After opening week hunting on WMA land, not sure where I will be going..... may give KNF or Fort Polk a try. I just love hearing a Tom gobbling at daylight. |
