Larto Lake Report 3/28 with video

We went to try and film a little sac a lait action for the tv show today out on Larto Lake. I was going film with Ernie Boutte and Kevin Delahoussaye of St. Martinville. Ernie fishes there often and had gone the previous weekend with limited success but had a report that the water had dropped a little. We arrived to water about 8" higher than the weekend and he wasn't very optimistic. We caught 8 nice fish in the first area from safe light to 9:30 then bounced around till 11 for nothing more. A beautiful day to be out there as it was my first time there and it's a very beautiful lake.

A video of our morning.

I did not try the meat pie. I did try and buy a slice of pizza but the ol' boy told me that was for his dog...lmao.

We caught them all about 2.5-3 deep mostly hitting it on the fall. Good Luck.
