I need a decal made
 

Does anyone on this board make decals of any sort, i need a decal made that i can apply to a custom rod, it can be a waterslide or a stick on it makes no difference, i know some guys have the computer skills and the decal papper as well, if you have this and you would like to help me out i surely would be ever so gratful.
