yes......Lots of Ducks..... Goose Hunting is great as well. there is 64 acres of water.

Ouch, my math comes out to around $1893/acre...... "W" - I know where that is also and would go $1250/acre on a good day!

Yeah and if you could even find that much property in one plot over here, you'd pay $16,000-$24,000 per acre!
