College Killing my pocket book!
Next semester at Lamar I have 14hrs of all Electrical Engineering classes and it's over 4,000. Just curious if McNeese or anywhere is as freaking high!

If its undergrad you're refering to, no. McNeese is lower than that, as far as tuition is concerned. I carried 21 hours several semesters and never got out of the 2000s. Now grad level, I would believe, without a doubt. I pay close to 3000 with 9 hours of graduate courses.
Like the guy above me said, it's in the 2k range per semester for undergrad
try OLOL college....4500 for 10 hours
I graduated from UL in 2010 with EE degree. Every semester the prices rose a couple hundred dollars and when I finished I believe it was 3k/semester for a full schedule (12 hours). After 12 hours you could schedule all the hours you want and the price does not increase.

That's about were Sam Houston is. My daughter is going there and I could not believe it. Of coarse when I graduated from Lamar it was about $600 a semester for a full load.

I went to Tulane. Was high when I went. Idk what it is now. I have a son going to Nichols now on full TOPS and a scholarship. I believe Tuition there is $2600 per semester for full time plus books. He is in the Nursing program so books run close to $2k a semester too. Schools not cheap but worth every penny for the opportunitys it gives you. It's not a cant afford to go kind of thing it's a cant afford NOT to go.

Wonder what LSU Engineerin' is now.
Just spoke with a friend whose daughter is at LSU, 17 hours a semester, $3200.00. Tops will pay 2400.00 of this.
Very thankful my Texas tomorrow fund will pay 95% of it.
