Fought hard till the end till leukemia took over. Man taught me everything I know and didn't just give me fish but taught me how to fish. Will be greatly missed is not easy losing your best fishing buddy :cry:

I know its hard loosing a big influence like that. You are in my prayers. Just this weekend I took my boys crabbing in the same spot my grandma use to take me as a kid. I swear she was there with every crab we caught.

Dang man!!!! My heart hurts for you. My grandpaw was my fishing buddy until he passed my senior year in high school.

He has been gone 25 years and I would still love to run up and down the banks of a rice canal with him.

Hate it for your loss. Lost mine 2 years ago. The golden generation is slipping away. They can't be replaced.

Sorry for your loss. My PawPaw is my fishing buddy as well. He has been dragging me fishing for over 30 years and it is going to be hard to lose him. Always remember the great times.

Sorry for your loss, my PawPaw was a commercial fisherman who had built in GPS in his, he could run Cocodrie blindfolded at night. Right before he reitred he bough a 21 Sabre hull with a 115 on it and I caught more fish shrimp and crabs out of that boat than other.
