Finally!!!!!!
 

Well, after almost 6 months of things keeping me off the water, looks like Saturday may finally end the dry streek! If all goes as planned, the wife and I are leaving early tomorrow headed down to dad's camp in Dularge for the weekend. Already got the plan of drinking hard, sleeping late Saturday to miss all the pilgrims, then fishing Saturday afternoon.

Got a special delivery from Category 5 bait company to try out so I will do a little research on them this weekend. You guys be safe and I soooooo hope to have a good report to post on Monday. No matter what the box shot looks like, we need this trip. We both have stressful jobs, and I have been working extra at the PD, plus her dad has been fighting cancer which leaves us with another home to care for. I will surely consume some beverages and get some R&R!!!

Im picturing sitting in a lawn chair in the surf of one of the islands. Rod in one hand, beer in the other.....

Save a few for me!!! I'm flying solo this weekend with the youngest, so the DU is a no go...Gonna head up to the camp and spray the food plots to keep from having to mow all summer...Do some long range Double Deuce shooting with my little rug rat, getting her ready for her first deer this year....and keep anheiser bush stock on the up side....Good Luck and take care of my boat!
