BL Flounder??

Heading to BL wednesday with my dad. He wants to target flounder. We usually catch a few while chasing trout but can never get on a consistant flounder bite. If anyone here has advice on where and how to catch a nice mess of flounder and would be willing to share that info it would greatly be appreciated. I can't stand fishing with live bait so if you could also share with me on what artificial baits work best that would be cool too. TIA......

Hey Pous. I asked our favorite buddy all about targetting flatties for you. First off he said flounder are brown and don't have a target on dem. As far as (how?) dat would be wit a hook and (where?) in da mout !!! Sound familiar???
