Dularge Fishing

A busy Memorial Day weekend has come to a close. Plenty of boats on the water this weekend with 2 big rodeos going on in Cocodrie & Dularge. We were well prepared for the big weekend and had everything under control except the weather. We had 29 boats running this weekend and another Houma Oilmans Rodeo is in the books. The weather was not perfect with windy conditions but we still smashed the reds & trout. Some days were better than others with Sunday being the calmest day. I want to personally thank all the captains including George Landry,Ruse Smith,John Falterman Jr.,John Haller,Jonathan Allen,Ricky Brondum,Gerald Ellender,Travis Lovell,Brady Giroir and Josh Ellender for their help and taking care of our customers. Good loyal customers are the life blood of any business and a big 'thank you' goes out to Seacor Marine,Sparrow,E & E Machine,Magnum Mud,and Seatrax. Hopefully the captains will post their own reports as its just too many for me to handle. Looking forward to another great week on the DU! Good luck fishing.
