Not much of a report but I did want to share. Went yesterday with my mother-in-law out of Mcgees landing and stayed fairly close trying to pick up some bream. Only caught one so after a couple hours trying we put-puted down to the butte la rose canal and only found a couple small ones and one small bass to bite my beattle spin. Water was pretty muddy everywhere we went...I guess because of the rain. It did seem that some bass were active in the real shallow water across the launch and to the left across from the launch if that helps.
