That is one crazy looking fish. Never seen one like that ever. I'm interested to know what it is and is it good?

Surgeon fish? There are a few different types. I googled it.

We did a eletric reel deep drop charter with Ed frekey out of fouchon. Talk about some weird looking fish but man they were good to eat.

I think they are called surgeon fish because they have some fins that are as sharp as a surgeons knife.
See allot of them on coral reefs.
